Cora Best is an Assistant Professor in the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department at the University of Florida. Her lab group is focused on advancing kidney and bone health through nutrition and on elevating the role of nutrition in patient care. She currently serves as the Dennis M. Bier Early Career Editor of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
