Dr. Pandey is board-certified in general pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition by the American Board of Pediatrics. His commitment to wellness extends beyond traditional medicine. As a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, he addresses the growing concern of childhood obesity with a knowledgeable and caring approach. His additional certifications as a physician nutrition specialist by the National Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists and nutrition support clinician by the National Board for Nutritional Support Certification reflect his deep understanding of the vital role nutrition plays in a child’s growth and development.
For young athletes, Dr. Pandey’s certification as a sports nutritionist by the International Society of Sports Nutrition offers tailored guidance to optimize performance and health. He received the prestigious Nestle Nutrition fellowship, showcasing his dedication to advancing pediatric nutrition.
Dr. Pandey also is an active researcher and educator. He mentors medical students, residents, fellows and medical house staff and has contributed to several published research studies
