Hello, I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Experimental and Clinical Medicine, University of Florence. My research focuses on chrononutrition, and the health impacts of Mediterranean and vegetarian diets. I lead the local research unit in the EU-funded PROMENADE project and co-own the MEDI-LITE patent for assessing Mediterranean diet adherence. I coordinate the Young Working Group of the Italian Society of Human Nutrition.
