Dr. Faris M. Zuraikat is an Assistant Professor of Nutritional Medicine with expertise in nutritional and sleep sciences. His work spans both clinical trials and observational studies to address the independent and joint roles of sleep and eating behaviors in energy balance regulation and cardiometabolic health. A central focus of his current research is to understand how sleep impacts the efficacy of different obesity treatment modalities. Ultimately, he aims to leverage his findings to develop and test new approaches to enhance strategies for weight management and cardiometabolic disease prevention.
