I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology at Zhengzhou University, China. My research focuses on improving food quality and production methods while exploring nutritional components that support human health. With a strong interest in the intersection of food innovation and public health, my work focuses on developing safe, functional, and health-promoting food products. I have participated in various academic events, including the 4th Conference on Computational Biology and Genomics at Hazara University in Pakistan, as well as several seminars at Zhengzhou University on topics such as omics research paradigms, hypothalamic feeding networks, and spatial omics in brain development. Additionally, I attended several International Summer School Programs at Zhengzhou University. I was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence in my Master of Science (M.Sc.) program and remain dedicated to advancing research and innovation in food science and technology.
