Hejingzi (Monica) Jia is a registered dietatian and a Ph.D. student in Epidemiology at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, with a research focus on dietary exposures, metabolomics, and chronic disease prevention. She holds an M.H.S. in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her work has contributed to multiple NIH-funded studies and peer-reviewed publications examining artificial sweetener consumption, diabetes risk, and tailored lifestyle interventions for cancer survivors.
