Dev Sunuwar is a PhD student in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, with a strong academic foundation in dietetics and public health nutrition. His research bridges environmental exposures and nutritional epidemiology, focusing on how climate change, air pollution (PM2.5 and PM10), and temperature variability impact maternal and child health outcomes. Dev has published over 35 peer-reviewed articles and serves as an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE. He is currently doing research projects on DNA methylation and breast milk composition related to air pollution exposure. Dev is gold medalist in his master’s program, and he is deeply committed to interdisciplinary research and public health impact, both in Nepal and globally.
