I'm a registered dietitian with expertise in nutrition research and food database development. My specialities include data management, statistical analysis, systematic reviews, dietary exposure modeling, dietary data assessment, and evidence-based policymaking. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the analysis of food trends and consumption patterns, significantly aiding the development of various nutrition databases, including the FDA Food Disaggregation Database, USDA Food Patterns Equivalents Database, USDA FoodAPS, and the FAO/INFOODS Food Composition Database.
