Dorothy Superdock, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow in the David Lab in the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology at Duke University. Prior to her postdoctoral position, she completed her PhD in Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University where her doctoral work focused on host-microbe-diet interactions. Currently, Dr. Superdock is combining her interests in genomics and nutrition by developing DNA metabarcoding (FoodSeq) to analyze dietary patterns and study the impact of diet on gastrointestinal diseases.
