Kelsey Gardiner, M.S.E., PH.D. is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing and Health Studies at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Her research has been focused on community and public health nutrition encompassing food systems, healthy eating behaviors, food security, and the intersections between food access and health outcomes. She is currently the Early Career representative for the ASN Community and Public Health Nutrition (CPHN) Research Interest Group and chair elect for the 2025-2026 year. Her most recent research has emphasized Food is Medicine approaches through community and clinical partners.
