I am Gwoncheol Park, a doctoral student in Nutrition and Food Science at Florida State University. I am interested in studying the role of gut pathobiome signatures in host neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, as well as exploring the interaction between the gut microbiome, specific dietary constituents, and pre/probiotics in relation to host cardiometabolic and neurodegenerative health.
