Seth Adu-Afarwuah is an Associate Professor of Nutrition and the Head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Ghana. His research is in maternal and child nutrition focusing on micronutrient supplementation and the prevention of undernutrition. Prof. Adu-Afarwuah has collaborated with many researchers within and outside of Ghana.
