Dr. Catherine Prater is a postdoctoral research fellow and Registered Dietitian at Pennington Biomedical Research Center. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, where her research focused on cardiometabolic responses to diets enriched with different cooking oils. Her current research interests include lipid metabolism, cardiometabolic health, and emerging areas in precision nutrition.
