Tori Taniguchi is the Data Director and Research Epidemiologist for the Center of Indigenous Health Research and Policy at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. In this role, she manages study data, assists with developing research instruments and surveys, designs and formats data collection tools, trains staff on data collection protocol, and performs statistical analyses. Tori also assists in writing and preparing manuscripts for publications and grants for submission. Tori received her Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology in 2016 at the University of Oklahoma College of Public Health. Tori’s research interests include community-based participatory research, Native American health, diet-related health conditions, and chronic disease prevention.
