Susmita Chowdhury is a graduate assistant and PhD student at the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition of Florida International University. She is a registered physician in the National Health System of the UK and a has Public Health work experience from Cambridge University. She has worked in nutritional intevention studies and public health genomics in the past and is currently focusing on exploring the relationship of ultraprocessed food and obesity.
