Jiyoon Lee is a master's student in the Department of Public Health Science at Korea University. Her research focuses on nutritional epidemiology, with particular interest in ultra-processed food consumption, dietary behaviors, and mental health outcomes. She has conducted cross-sectional analyses using national cohort data to investigate associations between dietary patterns and depression among Korean adults. At this meeting, she presents findings on the joint effects of ultra-processed food intake and dietary risk behaviors on depression risk. Her work aims to inform public health policy and promote healthier eating environments.
