Kenny Mendoza holds a PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology and a Master of Biostatistics from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He also completed a Master of Nutritional Science at the Mexican National Institute of Public Health (INSP) and a BS degree in Nutritional Sciences. Current Kenny’s research in the Harvard Chan Nutrition Department focuses on exploring the role of ultra-processed foods, traditional diets, and other eating behaviors in the development of obesity, metabolic disturbance, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases in populations inside and outside the US.
