Prince Osei is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Georgia, US. My research area focuses on innovative passive dietary assessment technologies as a replacement for traditional dietary assessment methods like the 24-hour recall, weighed food, food frequency questionnaire, etc. I'm part of a team that is conducting a field validation study with two innovative technologies (AIM-2 and eButton) for dietary assessment in Ghana. This study aims to assess the validity of AIM-2 and e-Button wearable cameras for dietary assessment by comparing their accuracy levels to a gold standard method.
