Kristin Cheng is a metabolic dietitian at CHOC Children’s Hospital and a graduate student at Chapman University. She received her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from UC Berkeley and completed her dietetic internship at UCSF Medical Center, followed by her pediatric residency at CHOC. She conducted human milk research for chylothorax and VLCAD deficiency as part of her thesis research.
