Mansura Khanam, MPH, PhD(c) is a public health nutrition researcher and a PhD candidate in Nutrition and Health Sciences at Emory University. With over 12 years of experience, her research focuses on maternal and child nutrition, dietary interventions, and the intersection of nutrition and early child development in low- and middle-income countries. She has served as Principal Investigator on several community-based randomized controlled trials, including a project supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) investigating the impact of Moringa oleifera on adolescent girls’ micronutrient status in rural Bangladesh. Mansura has authored and co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and is currently leading innovative studies on digital interventions to improve dietary practices and supplement adherence during pregnancy. Her work integrates rigorous quantitative and qualitative methodologies to inform scalable, evidence-based solutions for global nutrition challenges.
