Chenxi Xu is a graduate student in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan with a strong background in food science, molecular biology, and nutrition research. Her work spans diverse topics including inflammatory diseases, gene expression regulation, and dietary impact on biological aging. She has conducted animal model studies on diabetic and Crohn’s disease interventions, investigated macrophage cytokine profiles, and performed large-scale data analysis using NHANES datasets. Chenxi has presented her findings at conferences and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications. She is passionate about translational research that bridges nutrition, genetics, and immunology, and pursues a PhD program in the future.
