Mollie Blondin Owens is a research assistant at the Louisiana Tech University ENRICH Center and a graduate student in the Dietetic Internship and Master of Science in Dietetics Program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In her role at the ENRICH Center, she contributes to projects aimed at improving child health outcomes through research in preventive health and implementation science. Mollie holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Nutrition, with minors in Kinesiology and Chemistry. Her academic and professional work is dedicated to advancing evidence-based approaches in pediatric nutrition and public health.
