Hormel Institute
Glen Morris is currently a researcher at the Hormel Research Institute in the ENACT lab. Glen completed his PhD and graduate GIS certificate at Purdue University, studying the impact of biosecurity on rural agriculture and how the best disease prevention strategies can effectively be implemented into education, policy, and practice. Glen was raised in a small town in Minnesota where he was influenced by a supportive rural community with entities in both public health and agriculture. Glen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota- Rochester, University of Minnesota- Twin Cities and has taken course work at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. At the respective campus’, he received his Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences, and also Environmental Science, Policy, and Management.
