Alison L. Eldridge, PhD, RD is an Expert in Nutrition Science in the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences at Nestlé Resarch in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is currently the scientific lead for a project on Portions and Responsible Consumption and was previously the Principal Investigator for a large global Nestlé project on dietary intakes, lifestyle and eating behaviors of infants, toddlers and children. In 2019, she became an Adjunct Professor at University College Dublin (UCD), College of Health and Agricultural Sciences. She is currently supervising two PhD students, one at UCD working on portion size recommendations and one at Wageningen University and Research (WUR) working on nutrient profiling in low- and middle-income countries.
