Dr. Willy Kiboi is a researcher and lecturer in the field of Human Nutrition and Public Health and is based in Kenya. With extensive experience in applied research and programming, Dr. Kiboi has led and contributed to numerous studies focused on food-based interventions, maternal and child nutrition, school feeding programs, food security, and the triple burden of malnutrition. Dr. Kiboi's recent work has focused particularly on evaluating the impact of school feeding programs on nutritional, educational, and social protection outcomes, contributing valuable evidence to inform policy and program design. Dr. Kiboi has also played a key role in developing digital learning materials and strengthening capacity in nutrition and health education. Dr. Kiboi has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at both local and international conferences, contributing to the global dialogue on sustainable nutrition solutions.
